Who are we? What do we believe? How do things work around here?
If you are thinking of becoming a member or just want more information about Faith Church, come to an orientation meeting. Offered once a quarter, orientation meetings are a great way for you to learn about our vision, values, beliefs and areas of ministry. It is also your opportunity to meet Pastor Andy and the staff and any questions you may have.
Our next Orientation and New Member Gathering is Sunday, September 24th at 6:30 in the church library.
What Does It Mean To Become a Member?
Faith Church regularly welcomes new members into our church community. Our members come from a variety of different backgrounds and experiences, but we are joined together in our love for God and our dedication to serve, worship and connect with Christ and others.
Interested members attend an orientation meeting with others who wish to join the church. We will then collect your information and select a Sunday service for you to join. If you are transferring your membership, our administrative office will process the necessary paperwork for you.
When joining, you agree to the United Methodist membership vows as read to you by the pastor. When joining Faith Church, you will confess your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, promise to live a Christian life and uphold the United Methodist Church and Faith Church through your prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness.
