Music Ministry at Faith

Ephesians 5:19 is our guide for music ministry at Faith Church as we offer a variety of opportunities for all ages. Please review the list below and contact one of the directors for more information.

* Chancel Choir : teens and adults; provides special music weekly at the 8:15 traditional worship service; rehearses Mondays 7:00 p.m. Carol Hunt, director.

* Faith Bells: Intergenerational handbell choir ; rehearses Sunday evenings 6:30 p.m. Plays regularly throughout the year, Linda Hoffman, director.

* Easter and Christmas special musicals: combined choirs, joined by other singers from the church and community; Easter cantata, directed by Carol Hunt. Christmas cantata or musical drama, directed by Linda Hoffman.

* Faith Church Praise Band: guitars, keyboard, rhythm, vocalists and other instrumentalists as available; leads music at 10:45 worship one or two Sundays each month. David Carter and Nikki Muck, Worship Leaders.

* Faith Orchestra: mixed instrumental ensemble; rehearses and performs seasonally; Sherry McGraw, director.

*Children’s Music Ministry:  Ages 4 through grade 5; sings and plays Cherub bells and handchimes  at various times during the school year.  Rehearses Sunday afternoons 4:00. Linda Hoffman,, Director.

* Soloists, keyboard players, instrumentalists and small ensembles: Always welcome to share special music as needed. Linda Hoffman, coordinator.
